Ban Appeals Format

Just a few notes when you attempt to do a ban appeal:

• If you were banned for a really good reason, this won't help.
  
• Do not ban appeal a temporary ban. Ban appeals ONLY work for permanent bans.
  
• Make sure you have a good reason on why you should be unbanned.

Why should we let you on the server (2-4 sentences)?
Why should we trust you with access to the server (1-3 sentences)?

It should be noted that if your ban appeal doesn't contain a bit.ly link here, you cannot appeal. You know if you can appeal if it has that link attached onto your reason. Don't ask for disputes about non-appealable bans, they are permanent forever.
