Ban Appeals for TS3 Format

Before you appeal your ban on TS3, please note a few things:

• If you have already attempted or successfully ban evaded, you will be denied the change to submit a ban appeal.
  
• If you were banned for a good reason, this doesn't help.
  
• Ban appealing does not work for temporary bans!
  
• If your ban appeal isn't good, this doesn't help.

Why should we unban you on TS3 (2-4 sentences)?
Why should we trust you with access to our TS3 server (1-3 sentences)?
