Just a few things about the open mic night:

All applicable law applies with data storage. While we are on the protocol hack for 1.10.1, 1.10.2 fixes lots of those dumb crash errors. It's HIGHLY recommended to use 1.10.2 on the server.

All staff abuse reports are taken very seriously. We strike for zero staff abuse, and if you falsely report about any staff abuse, you will indeed get a 14 day ban on the server and forums each time you report false staff abuse. Continued behavior may lead to more stricter punishments.

Staff abuse reports may take 1-3 days to get back to the original reporter about the conclusion.

If you reported staff abuse legitimately, but the results turned to seeing no staff abuse, you will not get punished.

Why were you banned: Called the owner a d-ck as a joke and I was unfortunately banned.
Why should we let you on the server (2-4 sentences)? I think I have matured enough to be let back on the server. I think the server is on the verge of thriving, with all the updates being released. Most of the staff might hate me, but I don't have any beef with them and will leave them alone unless they ask me something or if I need help with a problem. The server really seems to be doing well and I just want to be part of the SCMC community again.
Why should we trust you with access to the server (1-3 sentences)? o355 and I are cool now, and I really don't want to do anything to jeopardize that trust. I'd mostly only play Survival, Skyblock, and Prison and I'd be too busy trying to progress to create any drama between myself and any player or staff. I seriously doubt that I will be a problem, as I have honestly changed so much since I've been banned since I've asked o355 several times as to what I have to do to be unbanned. 
Any other messages? This server has so much potential to be one of the biggest, from a great server, to amazing staff, and a great website where you can get help with anything.
